Information Required
When contacting Customer Care, please provide the following information:
Order Number: Found in your order confirmation email.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original receipt.
Proof of Payment: Evidence of the transaction.
Reason for Refund: A detailed explanation of the issue.
Review and Response
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Refund Approval: If approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from the approval date.
Refund Rejection: If your request is denied, our team will provide a detailed explanation.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Order cancellation by Minduxe.com for any reason.
- Order cancellation by the customer.
- Order cancellation (full or partial) due to delayed item(s).
- Missing item(s) in the order, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The order was not received and reported within 24 hours of tracking being marked as "delivered."
- Local orders returned by customers as per our Return & Exchange policy.
- International customers are experiencing product issues.
International Customer Refunds
International customers may be eligible for refund compensation under the following conditions:
Proof of Purchase: Valid order number and receipt.
Time Limit: Refund request submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Product Condition: The product must be unworn and unwashed.
Eligible Reasons for Refund (International Customers):
- Incorrect Size: The size delivered differs from what was ordered, or measurements do not match the size chart on our website.
- Item Does Not Match Description or Picture: Product differs in design, color, work technique, fabric, etc.
- Incorrect Order: Different product or variant delivered.
- Quality Issues: Defects in the product affecting wearability.
- Items/Accessories Missing: Product delivered with missing pieces, making it unwearable.
- Product Damaged: Product delivered broken, eroded, faded, or stained.
- Note: Refund compensation will be provided based on the nature of the issue.
Refund Options
Customers can choose between a refund and a store voucher.
Refunds:
- Issued using the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank deposit.
- Refunds can only be issued to Pakistani bank accounts.
- International transactions done via bank deposit can be refunded to Pakistani bank accounts or issued as a voucher.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
Vouchers:
- Store vouchers will be sent to the email address used for the original order.
- Store credit vouchers are issued within 72 hours of approval
Additional Notes
- Minduxe.com is not responsible for delays or discrepancies arising from bank-related processing times for refunds.
- Local orders will not be refunded without a return. Please refer to our Return & Exchange policy for more details.
