7. Eligibility to Purchase

To make purchases, you must provide valid personal details, including your real name, phone number, email, and payment information. By purchasing, you confirm that:

• Your provided payment details are valid and correct.
   
• You authorize us to process charges on your debit/credit card.
   
• You meet our eligibility requirements.
   

We reserve the right to restrict purchase quantities per customer or postal address and conduct credit checks for fraud prevention.

8. Order Acceptance & Availability

 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until the order is confirmed. If an item is out of stock, you may register to receive availability notifications.

• Local Orders (Pakistan): Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to PKR 100,000. Higher-value orders require advance payment.
   
• International Orders: Full payment is required before processing.
   

If we cannot fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and issue a refund within 30 days.

9. Pricing Policy

Product prices are determined based on current exchange rates and may fluctuate. Prices displayed at the time of order acceptance will apply. If purchasing internationally, additional import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply.

Refunds will be processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase.

10. Acceptance of Your Order

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not constitute acceptance. Your order is confirmed upon dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse orders under circumstances including, but not limited to:

1. Discount Offers for Selected UBL Bank Cards

Discount Details:

• Discount: 20% off on eligible purchases made using the above UBL Bank credit and debit cards.
   
• Maximum Discount Cap: PKR 2,000 per transaction.
   
• Minimum Order Value: PKR 3,500 to avail the discount.
   
• Transaction Limit: Each customer can use this discount on up to two (2) transactions during the campaign.
   

Payment Method Restriction:

• The discount is applicable only for transactions made using eligible UBL Bank credit and debit cards.
   
• Not valid for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
   

2. Discount Offers for JazzCash Payments

Payment Method:

• The discount is applicable for payments made via Jazz M Wallet (JazzCash, Easypesa and Upaisa.

Discount Details:

• Discount: 20% off on eligible purchases made using JazzCash, Easypesa and Upaisa.
   
• Maximum Discount Cap: PKR 1,000 per transaction.
   
• Minimum Order Value: PKR 3,500 to avail the discount.
   
• Transaction Limit: Each customer can avail of this discount on up to two (2) transactions during the campaign.
   

Payment Method Restriction:

• This offer is strictly for JazzCash, Easypesa and Upaisa payments only.
   
• Not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

3. General Terms & Conditions

• The discount is applicable only for payments made through the specified methods (UBL Bank credit/debit cards and JazzCash, Easypesa and Upaisa).
   
• Discounts are applied automatically if the eligible payment method is used and the order meets the minimum order value.
   
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
   
• This campaign may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
   
• The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
   
• Only one discount per transaction can be applied.
   
• Minduxe reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and payment method before processing the discount.
   
• In case of disputes, Minduxe’s decision will be final.
   

Important Notes on Payment Methods & COD Orders

No Discount on COD Orders:

• Discounts for UBL Bank, JazzCash, Easypesa and Upaisa are not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
   

No Prepayment Requests:

• Minduxe does not require advance payment for COD orders.
   

Secure Payment for COD Orders:

If you do not have cash available at the time of delivery, you may opt for a bank or online transfer only after:

1. Physically inspecting the parcel upon delivery.
    
2. Ensuring the tamper seal is intact and unbroken.
    
3. Verifying the rider’s identity and order details.

• Minduxe will never request prepayment for COD orders.
